This year, the exhibition class is extra important. The visual arts department is in charged of the Boston Arts Academy Benefit Gala! All the visual arts teachers and seniors have to create pieces for the benefit. The theme is "The person you honor." Although, the senior class has already done this theme in previous years, we are currently approaching it in a different way. More than just the honoree, we have to convey the relationship we have or had, in our art. This is difficult because relationships are not something solid that we can touch. So it's hard to interpret it visually. So far, we wrote and drew visually letters to the person we honor.
